Quality Solutions Mitigate Impacts Due to Volatility in Materials Costs, Availability
Hardin School District 17H&1 hired Hulteng CCM to serve as OCR for the construction of a new High School Academy on the existing campus and a new Kindergarten Readiness Center. Hulteng CCM guided the District through a fair and legal process to hire a design team, as well as a General Contractor through the RFQ/RFP process. Working through the design and budgeting phase for the new 12,000SF facility has been exciting – and challenging. Volatility in the current market with both cost and material availability can be intimidating, but with the experience Hulteng brings we offer suggestions and solutions to help mitigate potential issues. Funding for this project must adhere to specific rules, codes, and restrictions and Hulteng has the knowledge and insight to navigate these requirements.
